  • Please confirm seat availability on call before making the payment.

  • After completing the payment, kindly share a screenshot/copy of the payment confirmation with our team. Ensure the date, time, and UTR number are visible.

  • Fill the registration form to confirm your seat along with your name & age details.

  • Registration will be confirmed only after full payment of trek/tour charges.

  • The advance amount paid is strictly non-refundable, except if the trek/tour departure is cancelled by us (refer to cancellation policy).

  • Ensure you are added to the WhatsApp group 6–8 hours before departure, as all pickup details & trek leader contacts will be shared there.

  • Food & stay arrangements are basic and subject to availability; kindly do not expect luxury.

  • These are budget-friendly backpacking trips, designed for people seeking experiences over comfort.

  • A minimum of 12–14 travelers is required to operate the trip. The organizers reserve the right to cancel if batch size is not met.

  • Participation and payment confirm that you have read & agreed to all terms and conditions.

Return & Refund Policy

  • 75% Refund – if cancelled 21+ days before trip date.

  • 50% Refund – if cancelled 14+ days before trip date.

  • 25% Refund – if cancelled 7+ days before trip date.

  • No Refund – if cancelled less than 7 days before the event.

  • Advance booking amount is always non-refundable.

  • No Show = No Refund.

  • Tickets cannot be transferred to another date once booked.

  • ✅ Tickets can be transferred to another person (same age group) in case of cancellation.

  • ✅ If the event is cancelled by us, only the trip amount will be refunded.

  • ❌ No refund due to destination closures, natural calamities, or unexpected issues after reaching the venue.

  • ❌ If the event is cancelled due to natural calamity, political unrest, or reasons beyond control, the same cancellation policy applies.
